The Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair
The I-CAR vision is that every person in the collision industry, current and future, has the necessary knowledge and skills relevant to their position to achieve a complete and safe repair.
Formed by the collision industry in 1979, I-CAR, the Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair, is an international, not-for-profit training organization. All I-CAR activities and resources focus on helping the industry achieve a high level of technical training.

Being a NAPA Gold Auto Care Center signifies a highly rated automotive repair shop within the NAPA AutoCare network, indicating that they meet stringent quality standards, employ ASE-certified technicians, and offer an extended “Peace of Mind” warranty on qualifying repairs, usually covering parts and labor for 36 months or 36,000 miles, which is considered a step above the standard NAPA AutoCare warranty. A Gold Auto Care center designation is for top-tier NAPA AutoCare centers known for exceptional service and reliability.

Tire Rack Price Pledge Plus Shop
Price Pledge Plus Recommended Installers must meet stringent criteria before being added to the program. To receive this designation, we are required to employ trained technicians operating proper high-speed balancers and touch less or rim clamp mounters. We are also required to demonstrate a positive overall customer service attitude that’s eager to help you with the install and other ancillary services you may need or want. Additionally, we must consistently achieve a 4.5-star or above overall ranking in Tire Rack’s survey results.
Fleet Maintenance Service Provider
Fox & Fox works with various Fleet management companies to coordinate repairs and service fleet vehicles. We focus on fast turnaround times, addressing issues when they are preventive maintenance items versus major repairs, all while utilizing specialized knowledge for vehicle types and brands commonly found in fleets, like trucks, vans and cars.
